Reciting scrolls break singing/playing

Is this a bug or a feature?

to recite a scroll you need your mouth.
you cant sing and read aloud from a scroll at the same time.

i am going with -works as intended-

Casting spells require verbal incantations, too, but mom says somewhere in ADnD manuals there was some spell/skill that removed verbal component.
Can play musical instruments w/o using voice.
Can sing w/o instruments too - is called 'a capella'.
If you says it works as intended, then ok, I was just wondering if I found a bug or no and should I report it or no.

unless someone added that skill and didnt tell me, its not a bug.
feel free to suggest it as a bard skill and maybe we will consider it.

Perhaps one should play not sing a song.

It breaks your song when you play too, not just sing.

That is correct, but I believe playing not singing helps with casting spells. Sorry, I was not clear.
