sloth outage 7/13 ?

On 7/13, Saturday, morning per server time, there were some reports that logging out of Sloth was deleting chars.

Blackwolf and Asami are the 2 characters I'm aware of that were impacted by this.
Were any other chars impacted?

When logging back in they see new char prompts.

CPU went high on stats and connections died for all players after that and it was down for most of Saturday.

Currently it's up - did it self recover? but the boot time still says 7/4 -
It's not clear that whatever the issue doesn't still exist and if people should avoid logging in or not.

some speculation that it only impacted remort chars.

based on convo on player discord the issue has

I would NOT log on with your main chars for now, some chars were impacted this am.

per in-game gossip from Breeze the issue should be resolved and it should be safe to save/rent chars again.

deleted chars are still deleted but this is being worked on.
if your character was deleted please reply to this posting with the deleted char name.

Anyone impacted as outlined above that has not been identified in this thread already
can get their character(s) restored by replying to this thread, contacting me via email
or directly via the discord server. Right now, those are the best methods. Some of you
may have my email address and that is fine, but you may experience a delay to the
process; The same can be said for other methods such as via the messaging systems in
the game or on this forum.

Either way you will be counted and your information will be forwarded along the proper
channels. Please allow a little bit of time afterwards to process the restore.

Tinx was not deleted but has lost all Rebirth and lost Army, so needs a restore please
