grace/bless spell down messages

Can we please have different spell down messages on bless / grace? The spell up message for each is different, but the spell down is the same. With the alignments being messed with, it seems most of the time I won't be able to use grace, so I'd like to adjust triggers accordingly. Also, can the duration of bless be increased a little to be more in line with grace duration?
