i do not play much nowdays, but got one spell idea
think we could name some mobs 'fast' - those who has a decent amount
of attacks in one round ( say >4 ), and name other mobs 'slow' ( attacks <=4 ).
since that what about 'slow' spell that could affect only 'fast' mobs and,
if successful, reduce amount of mob attacks by 1.
well, seems to be little overpower at first sight, but i think we could
tune spell duration, success rate, etc etc to bring some balance here
or even make this spell useless
